Sarasota Artist/Art Instructor

Peter Tondryk, a multi-disciplinary artist native to Sarasota, Florida, found his artistic voice through a diverse journey. After earning a liberal studies degree focused on art from the University of Central Florida, he embarked on a path marked by textile design, silver smithing, ceramics, and photography. For the past seven years, Peter has dedicated his practice primarily to textile dyeing, honing his skills to create custom dyed textiles. His creations have been sought out by designers, photographers, stylists, tattoo artists, and furniture builders alike.

Peter's work stands out for its seamless blend of traditional techniques with contemporary design sensibilities. His textiles have been prominently featured in retail stores, online platforms, art shows, and pop-up events, earning recognition for their unique aesthetic and craftsmanship.
