Learn from Willem van Osnabrugge

Willem van Osnabrugge grew up on the outskirts of Amsterdam, Holland. Although he excelled in arts, he kept it as a hobby and chose science for his education and professional career as a creative perfumer.  

He moved to the US in 1985, living and working near New York, Baltimore, and Chicago. 

Twenty-five years ago, he retired and settled in Sarasota. Soon, he became involved in the art scene, installing exhibitions at the Art Center, then becoming President. Also serving as a docent (tour guide) for 15 years at the Ringling Museum. All as volunteer. 

Willem focuses his art on soft pastels and oils and has won numerous awards for his paintings in Florida, England, and Holland.
