Rent a private gallery space at Art Center Sarasota - it’s perfect for meetings, happy hours, dinners, social events, fundraisers, retreats, celebrations and more!

Rental and Events Director Amanda Powers will assist you in determining menus, beverage service, space layout, and all the details necessary for hosting your event.

Your two-hour event requires a $500 fee that includes all setup, breakdown and cleanup by our staff.

  • You choose your preferred gallery: 1, 2, or 3, between 5 and 7:30 pm

  • For a dinner party, hiring a professional caterer is required

  • For a happy hour gathering with snacks trays, you may bring them or hire a caterer.

  • Beer and wine open bar service can be provided, or you may enlist your caterer to serve at a cash beer and wine bar.

Event insurance, security deposit, and 6% tax is required, unless an eligible 501c3 nonprofit.
